Holding attention, conveying a message clearly and taking your audience along in your story? That's the power of good presenting. In this workshop you'll learn how to stand in front of a group with confidence and how to make real contact with your audience.
In a small group you'll work on your presentation skills, body language, voice use and structure. You'll learn how to build a story, how to speak clearly and engagingly, and how to deal with nerves or unexpected situations. You'll also get practical tips on improvisation and developing your own style as a speaker.

For anyone who wants to learn to present better, for example for school, work or on a stage. Suitable for beginners and curious speakers. No experience needed.

ABOUT THE GUEST COACH
Rens Weijenborg is a versatile Dutch artist, rapper and host, known from the trio Rens, Jaïr & Ome Uncle. With their energetic live shows, they create a playful mix of hip-hop, pop and Dutch-language folk pop, with tracks such as "TUTTI" and "Goed Begin".
In addition, Rens is an experienced host and moderator at, among others, Kunstbende and ESNS. With his Amsterdam flair, humor and strong stage presence, he knows how to get every audience moving.
GENERAL:
- All workshops are exclusively for young people between 16-26 years old who live, work or study in Amsterdam.
- The tuition fee is €35 per course
- Lessons are conducted entirely in Dutch.
