PRELIMINARY ROUND
During this preliminary round, you’ll get the chance to perform your act or showcase your work on stage, present it to an audience and a jury, and meet other young people. All prize winners will receive personalised coaching to support their development, and all first-prize winners will go on to the National Final in Amsterdam. If you don’t win, don’t worry: by then, you’ll have received so many tips, seen lots of cool things and met lots of people that you can simply take part again next year :)! For the Music & DJ category, we may work with a waiting list due to the large number of entries. If someone drops out of the category, a spot may become available for you during the preliminary round. For other categories with a large number of entries, a waiting list may also be introduced for participation in the preliminary round. After you register, we will contact you and provide you with all the information. We always organise a call with all the acts, during which we go through your act together and you can ask any questions.
