A suitable venue for a business event? Meervaart is the right place. In addition to our two charming theater halls, we offer ten meeting rooms. These rooms are suitable for meetings, training sessions, or presentations. The meeting rooms can be used as breakout rooms during a conference.
Meeting room rental Amsterdam
Meervaart offers a total of twelve halls and meeting. With this wide range of rooms means there is always a suitable space. The Red hall - a beautiful large 800-seat theatre hall - suitable for a conference. For a medium-sized event, the Blue hall is most suitable. This hall has 270 seats and a spectacular view on the city lake; Sloterplas.
Apart from our halls, we have adjacent foyers, with more than enough space to set up stands or hold drinks receptions.

Our facilities
We are happy to assist during events. All meeting rooms are equiped with LCD screen or projection screens and sound. Our technical colleagues will assist with starting up presentations and technical support in the rooms.
Customized catering is served as well as assistance in organising your business event. A day package is a good option to ensure a succesfull event. A 4-hour package or an 8-hour package, including room hire, catering, supervision by a duty manager, technical supervision for light and sound (in the Red Room and Blue Room). Accessibility and overnight stays
Meervaart is easily and and conveniently accessible. A 5 minutes drive from the A10 ring road and is located at the citylake Sloterplas in Amsterdam. Several car parks are within walking distance. In Parkeergarage Nieuw-West, you can park (based on availability) for €12.50 per day. Several NS railway stations and bus and tram stops are nearby.
A variety of hotels are located close to the Meervaart. We are happy to assist in booking overnight accommodation at one of the nearest hotels.
