There are various reasons to organize a workshop off-site. The space at the office may be limited, taking a break from the daily work environment, or simply to hand over the organization completely.
Whatever the reason may be, Meervaart is a professional workshop location for both small and large groups. With ten meeting rooms available for a workshop. These workshop rooms vary from 25 m2 to 120 m2 in size and offer 12 to 120 seats. Take a non-binding optional reservation based on availability.
Our facilities
All necessary facilities for renting a workshop location are present at Meervaart. All workshop spaces are equipped with a projector with plasma screen and projection screen, good sound and a flip chart.
Extra services such as technical support and catering are available. Our lunch arrangement includes, among other things, luxury sandwiches, fresh fruit, fresh salads, and coffee/tea/orange juice. During reception and breaks, we serve coffee and tea arrangements. Customized catering a dinner buffet, finger food, or a walking dinner, its all possible. Feel free to ask about the extensive possibilities!
For workshops with multiple participants, it can be beneficial to choose for a package. Our packages are based on various facilities and of course with onsite support. We offer a 4-hours package and an 8-hours package. This includes room rental, catering, and assistance from a duty manager. Accessibility and overnight stays
Meervaart is very well accessible. Our workshop location is situated near the Sloterplas citylake and a five minute drive from the Ring A10. Several parking garages are within walking distance. In Parking Garage Nieuw-West, a parking fee (based on availability) of €12.50 per day applies. Public transport stops right at the door, and various train stations and bus and tram stops are nearby. Participants in the workshop can arrive by car, public transport, and even by boat.
In the immediate vicinity of our workshop location in Amsterdam, there are several hotels. Meervaart is happy to advise on booking overnight stays at one of the closest hotels.
