Meervaart is a very suitable event venue in Amsterdam to organise your business event. With the diversity of the rooms, there are many possibilities in our venue: events such as corporate parties or seminars. With twelve different rooms (accommodating 2 to 800 people) and 3 foyers for catering and stands, there is always a suitable space available.
Event location Amsterdam
With twelve rooms in Meervaart, there are many possibilities. Rooms with areas ranging from 25 m2 to 380 m2, with 800 seats. The two largest rooms are the theater halls; the Red hall and the Blue hall. Both halls are suitable for presentations or conferences.
Our event location in Amsterdam can hold a workshop for small groups and large conferences or corporate parties.
Our facilities
We are happy to assist during events. All meeting rooms are equiped with LCD screen or projection screens and sound. Our technical colleagues will assist with starting up presentations and technical support in the rooms.
Customized catering is served as well as assistance in organising your business event. A day package is a good option to ensure a succesfull event. A 4-hour package or an 8-hour package, including room hire, catering, supervision by a duty manager, technical supervision for light and sound (in the Red Room and Blue Room). Accessibility and overnight stays
Meervaart is easily and and conveniently accessible. A 5 minutes drive from the A10 ring road and is located at the citylake Sloterplas in Amsterdam. Several car parks are within walking distance. In Parkeergarage Nieuw-West, you can park (based on availability) for €12.50 per day. Several NS railway stations and bus and tram stops are nearby.
A variety of hotels are located close to the Meervaart. We are happy to assist in booking overnight accommodation at one of the nearest hotels.
