Course room Amsterdam

We understand that a training out of the office can bring more creativity and inspiration to the room. And of course, renting a training room is sometimes necessary, because there is not always enough space at your office. Maybe the number of participants is too large for your office or you want to break away from the daily routine and work environment. Whatever the reason is, at De Meervaart you are at the right place for a suitable course or training room in Amsterdam. We have 10 different rooms with surfaces from 25 m2 to 120 m2. 

At congresses, conferences and other big events, it is even possible to book all the halls of De Meervaart. You will have access to our large theatre halls, the Red hall and the Blue hall.

Please contact us for a small internal or large external training. You can directly make a provisional booking for one of our 10 rooms of your choice.

Our facilities during your training/course

If you rent a training room/course room at De Meervaart, we make sure that you have access to certain necessities. Every room is provided with a beamer, projection screen or LCD-display, sound system and flip over. And of course, all of our rooms have daylight. 

During an intensive training, food is the fuel for your brains. That’s why we can arrange a delicious catering before, during and after the training. We serve varied sandwiches, fresh salads and fruit and coffee, tea and orange juice by standard, but we can always adjust this to your needs and wishes. Would you like to finish the training with dinner/lunch? We can, for example, serve fingerfood or a walking dinner. We can also provide in healthy snacks, smoothies and other delicacies. Some examples of partners we work with are Grapedistrict, Gulpener and Tony Chocolonely. 

If there are many participants attending your training, an arrangement can be lucrative. We offer a 4-hour package and an 8-hour package. Our packages include services like room rental, sound system, technical assistance, support from the duty-manager and unlimited coffee, tea and soda with sweets. Accessibility and overnight stays

In addition to the large number of rooms at De Meervaart, there is another major advantage to our training location Amsterdam: De Meervaart is easily accessible. Our training location is located at the Sloterplas and is 5 minutes away from the A10 ring road. You will find low-cost Parking Garage Nieuw-West in a few minutes walking distance. The parking garage provides guarded parking space (upon availability) for €12.50 per day. If your guests prefer to travel by public transport, there are various NS stations and bus and tram stops nearby. The training room can be easily reached by car, public transport and even by boat!
